Collect the form from the office and fill in your child's details.

Which class for my child's age?
उम्र के हिसाब से कक्षा
A general guide used by many schools (age on the cut-off date, often 31 March or 1 April). The school will confirm its own cut-off.

From Class 2 onwards, admission usually follows the previous class completed.

- Child's birth certificate (जन्म प्रमाण पत्र)
- Aadhaar card of the child and of a parent (बच्चे और माता-पिता का आधार)
- Samagra ID (MP family / member ID) (समग्र आईडी)
- Recent passport-size photos of the child (पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटो)
- Transfer certificate (TC) from the previous school, Class 2 onwards (पिछले स्कूल की टीसी)
- Last report card or marksheet (पिछली अंकसूची)
- Address proof (electricity bill, rent agreement or similar) (पते का प्रमाण)
- Caste certificate, if applicable (जाति प्रमाण पत्र, यदि लागू हो)
